1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer to process.
  • Orders placed during holidays or high-demand periods may experience delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (check promotions for details).
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and federal regulations, we have restrictions on where certain products can be shipped.

THCA & Vape Products

  • We only ship THCA products and vape accessories to states where they are legal.
  • Orders containing restricted items may be canceled if shipping to a restricted state.
  • Age verification may be required before shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or international addresses for THCA and vape-related products.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
  • If your package appears lost or delayed, contact the carrier first before reaching out to us.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Premium Blends is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our warehouse. However, we will assist you in resolving shipping issues where possible.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Check with your local carrier office and neighbors first.
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged package and items.
  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a replacement or store credit.
  • Claims made after 5 days may not be eligible for reimbursement.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed for shipping.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We currently ship only within the United States.
